Love for Nicktoons Love

Well, it's self-explanatory isn't it? As you know, I am a hopeless romantic (hopeless especially in this day and age); the 90s kid with the soul of an old hippie. I love love. I have always loved love. And when the shows I loved loved love, I loved them more. Looking back, Nickelodeon was (and still is, whenever they choose to show cartoons at all ) the channel/studio that loved love the most. Any character who was anyone got a crush in at least one episode, and some got a canon love interest - the latter is what I focus on here. I have selected, in chronological order (thanks, Wikipedia), my fave Nicktoons couples to illustrate this stamp:

Norbert/Treeflower (Angry Beavers - My favorite of all the Nicktoons couples, hands down... and just my luck, the hardest to get a decent picture of. I finally decided on taking a screengrab from YouTube, although I wouldn't have had to do that if Bummer Of Love were on iTunes. Ya rly, it's not there, even though the other Treeflower episodes are. What the spoot? It's a disgrace, I tell you. )
Spongebob/Sandy (A lot of books confirm Spongebob likes Sandy: [link] As for her liking him the same way? I think so. )
Timmy/Tootie and Cosmo/Wanda (Fairly Oddparents - Okay, I kinda cheated here, but I just couldn't choose which couple best represents the series. So I used both. In case you haven't noticed, I am a huge fan of 's art. )
Danny/Sam (Danny Phantom - Okay, a bit of cheating in a different way since I haven't seen a lot of Danny Phantom. I'm not a fan of action cartoons, although I know this one has humor in it. I just knew I needed to include something from after 1999, so... Also, that's why Avatar: The Last Airbender isn't here, so don't flame me!)

Obviously, this is just a small sample of the various couples, canon or at least strongly hinted at. There's so many more; one-shots, teases, etc. the list goes on. I'm just going with the shows I'm most familiar with. Nickelodeon was truly the network for folks like me, unlike a certain other network that once showed only animated shows... but let's not get into that. This is a positive stamp for positive folks and we don't need any flame wars.
